We view all our riders as individuals and as such all our stock geometries are unisex in design – offering 11 finely tuned stock sizes from 50cm to 60cm, with the additional option of a full custom design and build (+£300).
Because every Esker frame is made to order in our Sussex workshop, we have complete control from start to finish. This allows us to control every step of production, and allows you to fine tune your Esker your way. From custom geometry through to bespoke finishes and more. So if a stock geometry frame doesn’t work for you, we’ll make you one that does, and with careful consideration on components we can further customise every build to ensure the fit is perfect.
We feel that having a frame that fits you perfectly is a critical part of the process. We have over 20 years of bike fitting experience and data to call upon to ensure your riding position is absolute pinpoint. You can make an appointment here for a fitting. No obligation.
Alternatively you can send us any fit data you have or if you have a bike that fits you perfectly, let us know and we can go from there.
Further information on our sizing and frame geometry can be found here.
Opting for an individually crafted frame presents the benefit of total customisation, tailored specifically to match your distinctive style and riding preferences. This flexibility enables the meticulous adjustment of each frame to cater to riders' specific needs, encompassing personalised frame geometry, customised cable routing, the addition of extra eyelets, and the option for unique frame finishes, including bespoke paint designs. Virtually anything is within the realm of possibility.
When considering complete bike purchases, the range of achievable specifications is extensive. If you have a specific vision for your upcoming bike build, just let us know, and we can turn your ideas into reality.
Step 1. Get in touch:
Call, email, or book a visit online by clicking here .
Alternatively, reach out to your local Enigma dealer, who will guide you through the process.
Step 2. Discussion:
To get started, please complete our
This form gathers essential details such as:
-Your personal information (name, address, contact details)
-Riding style
-Bike fit data (if known)
-Objectives and targets
If you don't yet have bike fit data, don’t worry—we can still move forward and gather that information later. Once we have this information, we’ll prepare a CAD drawing of your frame and start discussing your bike’s specifications, including geometry, finish, and components. We will also give you a price based on your preferences.
Step 3. Deposit:
If you're happy to proceed with your order, we will request a deposit of £1000 to confirm your place in the queue and move forward with the build process.
Step 4. Final Sign-Off:
We will send a final copy of your CAD drawing, a mock-up of your finished frame, and our Build Form for your approval. Once signed, your order will proceed directly to the workshop. At this stage, no changes or amendments can be made without incurring additional costs.
The next stage requires a bit of patience! We aim to have your frame completed within 60-90 days, depending on the level of customisation required for the geometry. If you're opting for a full bike build, we'll be busy during this time gathering and ordering all the necessary components. Once your frame is finalised, our mechanics will get to work on the assembly.
Throughout the process, you’ll receive updates from the workshop at key milestones to keep you informed on the progress. Please note that additional time may be needed for any custom paintwork.
When your Enigma is ready for handover, we’ll request payment of the remaining balance. We accept all major debit and credit cards and partner with leading Ride to Work schemes, as detailed below. Please note that some schemes may include a surcharge due to higher commission rates.
To streamline the process, we kindly ask you to confirm your preferred payment method when placing your order, including whether you plan to use a Ride to Work scheme. If you’re paying the full amount through a cycle scheme, your deposit will be refunded once we’ve received the funds from the voucher company.
