Choosing the correct frame size is essential for comfort, efficiency and confidence on the bike. Our stock geometry is available across a carefully developed range of sizes, with size-specific tubing used to optimise stiffness, comfort and weight for riders of different sizes.

The sizing chart below is designed as an approximate guide to help identify the most appropriate frame size based on rider height and saddle height. Rider proportions, flexibility and preferred riding position can all influence the correct size, so if you're unsure, we always recommend speaking to us before ordering.

With over 20 years of bike fitting experience and an extensive database of fit data, we can help you determine the most appropriate frame size, setup and riding position.

Where possible, we recommend visiting our Sussex showroom, where you can book a test ride and experience an Enigma before making your decision. For more detailed sizing and positional advice, a professional bike fit can also be arranged with no obligation to purchase.

If visiting us isn't convenient, our network of authorised Enigma dealers can provide in-person advice and help you find the right bike and size.

Already have professional bike fit data? Send it to us and we can use your existing measurements to help determine the most appropriate frame size and setup.

For more information on our fitting process, custom geometry and how we use your measurements to determine the right setup, visit our Fitting & Frame Design page.

Our 'Ready to Ride' models are built around carefully developed stock geometry, so custom frame sizing and geometry are not available. However, there are still plenty of ways to make your Enigma uniquely yours. Choose from our range of finish upgrades, including alternative logo treatments and bespoke paint options, and personalise your bike further with your choice of components and finishing kit.

If you have something specific in mind, please get in touch. We’ll be happy to discuss the available options and provide a personalised quote.

Ordering your Enigma is straightforward, whether you're choosing a complete bike or a frameset. You can order online, speak to us directly, visit our Sussex showroom or order through an authorised Enigma dealer.

1. Order Online: Use our online bike builder to configure your bike, selecting the components and options that best suit your riding, preferences and budget. Once your order is placed, we'll take care of the build and preparation of your new Enigma.

2. Speak to Us: If you'd prefer some guidance, we're always happy to help. Contact us by phone or email and we can talk through sizing, specification, component choices and finish options before putting together the right package for you.

3. Visit our Showroom: Visit us in Sussex to see the bikes in person, discuss your requirements and, where available, arrange a test ride or bike fit. It's also an opportunity to see our workshop and explore the available finish and specification options first-hand.

4. Order Through a Dealer: You can also order through one of our authorised Enigma dealers, giving you access to local advice, fitting support and after-sales service.

Whichever route you choose, we're here to offer advice and support throughout the process.

We build every Enigma to order, with lead times depending on the level of customisation and component availability. If anything is expected to take longer than the estimates below, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Standard Ready to Ride Builds
Bikes ordered through our online bike builder are typically ready for dispatch within 2 weeks, subject to component availability.

Custom Builds & Finish Upgrades
Bikes with bespoke specifications or upgraded finishes generally require 3–4 weeks to complete.

Painted Frames & Bikes
For frames or complete bikes featuring custom paint, please allow approximately 60 days from receipt of your deposit.

We'll keep you updated throughout the build process, so you'll always know the progress of your new Enigma.

We normally require a £1,000 deposit for complete bike orders and £500 for frame or frameset orders. Your deposit is deducted from the final balance, which becomes payable once your Enigma is complete and ready for collection or dispatch.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and also work with leading Cycle to Work schemes.

If you intend to use a Cycle to Work scheme, please let us know when placing your order so we can advise you on the process and any scheme-specific requirements. Please note that some schemes may be subject to a surcharge due to the commission charged by the scheme provider.

If your voucher covers the full value of your order, any deposit already paid will be refunded once the voucher has been processed.
