However, for those seeking a fully bespoke experience, we also provide custom geometry for a £300 surcharge, allowing you to tailor your frame to your exact measurements and riding style.
To ensure consistent ride quality across all sizes, the Explor features size-specific tubing, balancing stiffness, compliance, and responsiveness—whether you're navigating rugged trails, bikepacking across remote landscapes, or commuting in comfort.

Opting for an individually crafted frame presents the benefit of total customisation, tailored specifically to match your distinctive style and riding preferences. This flexibility enables the meticulous adjustment of each frame to cater to riders' specific needs, encompassing personalised frame geometry, customised cable routing, the addition of extra eyelets, and the option for unique frame finishes, including bespoke paint designs. Virtually anything is within the realm of possibility.

Step 2. Discussion:

This form gathers essential details such as:
-Your personal information (name, address, contact details)
-Riding style
-Bike fit data (if known)
-Objectives and targets
If you don't yet have bike fit data, don’t worry—we can still move forward and gather that information later. Once we have this information, we’ll prepare a CAD drawing of your frame and start discussing your bike’s specifications, including geometry, finish, and components. We will also give you a price based on your preferences.
Step 3. Deposit:
If you're happy to proceed with your order, we will request a deposit of £1000 to confirm your place in the queue and move forward with the build process.
Step 4. Final Sign-Off:
We will send a final copy of your CAD drawing, a mock-up of your finished frame, and our Build Form for your approval. Once signed, your order will proceed directly to the workshop. At this stage, no changes or amendments can be made without incurring additional costs.
We’re currently averaging 60 days from confirmation to handover for raw frames. If you've opted for custom geometry or paint, please allow up to 30 additional days to account for tubing procurement and finishing.
For full bike builds, we’ll be sourcing and preparing components while your frame is in production, ensuring a smooth transition to assembly once it's ready.
Throughout the process, we’ll provide key milestone updates to keep you informed. Please note that custom paintwork may extend the timeline slightly
When your Enigma is ready for handover, we’ll request payment of the remaining balance. We accept all major debit and credit cards and partner with leading Ride to Work schemes, as detailed below. Please note that some schemes may include a surcharge due to higher commission rates.
To streamline the process, we kindly ask you to confirm your preferred payment method when placing your order, including whether you plan to use a Ride to Work scheme. If you’re paying the full amount through a cycle scheme, your deposit will be refunded once we’ve received the funds from the voucher company.

The Explor is crafted from premium titanium for a lightweight, durable, and smooth ride across varied terrain. Designed for flat-bar setups, its extended top tube enhances handling, especially when loaded for bikepacking.
With increased tyre clearance up to 55mm (700c), a UDH dropout for a stronger, stiffer derailleur platform delivering sharper, cleaner shifts with full compatibility across all drivetrains and a feature laser-cut bridge for additional strength, the Explor is built for adventure. A CNC-machined 44mm head tube ensures precise handling, while the T47 bottom bracket allows for maximum versatility. Custom-manipulated stays improve compliance for greater comfort and control on rough terrain.
Internal cable routing provides a clean, streamlined look, while multiple mounting points offer full customisation options—whether for rugged gravel adventures or quick city commutes. Bespoke finish upgrades and additional mount choices ensure every Explor frame is perfectly tailored to the rider’s unique needs.
